You will work closely with the leadership, project, operations, and facilities teams to execute various marketing initiatives and support the company's overall objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote core construction services and maintenance services, including digital marketing, print advertising, social media, and email marketing.
Coordinate with project teams for proper documentation of in progress projects and completed projects. Documentation includes:
- Progress photos
- Completion photos
- Project write ups
Create content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth in the construction and landscape maintenance industry.
Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and community outreach programs.
Lead philanthropic and educational initiatives set by LIG leadership team. Including but not limited to:
- Scheduled charity events
- Let It Grow University educational learning sessions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, project, operations, facilities and maintenance teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website and social media traffic, to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials.
Assist in the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and construction to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Canva, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of construction industry trends, terminology, and best practices is a plus.
