RemX is seeking a Claims Admin Support Specialist to join a growing team in Colchester, VT

Working directly with customers who are settling their losses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Point of Contact at the Front Desk of claims office
  • Working with customers on their total loss paperwork and verifying information
  • Obtaining documents from customers
  • Handling payments as necessary
  • Capture and enter claim data
  • Supply ordering, filing, organizing
  • Tasks from internal system/queue to complete - creating FedEx labels

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in face-to-face customer service role
  • Customer Service skills: specifically face-to-face
  • MS- Office Suite
  • Organized and attention detail- as they will be checking documents for accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with other claims admin support specialists from time to time
  • Display leadership while in the office
