A DC Lash Bar Eyelash Technician is a certified DC Lash Bar technician who exceeds the company's service benchmarks and is qualified to offer a majority of DC Lash Bar eyelash and eyebrow-enhancing treatments. In addition to delivering quality results, the Technician is expected to be hospitable in all aspects of the service process, including comprehensive consultations, proactive education, and professionalism in all client interactions. The technician is expected to maintain constant communication with the front desk to include them in client communications and resolutions when necessary.

The technician is responsible for following the DC Lash Bar policies that govern its services, operations and employee conduct. This includes following all DC Lash Bar standardized service techniques, using DC Lash Bar-approved supplies, equipment and products. The Technician is required to meet with his or her coach to receive feedback and implement technical and professional improvement goals. A Technician's main goal is to represent the DC Lash Bar brand, satisfy clients with exceptional results, build a client roster and drive sales for DC Lash Bar.

Candidate must:

  • have 2-3 years of experience offering eyelash extension services to clients
  • be certified in eyelash extensions
  • hold a license in Esthetics or Cosmetology
  • be proficient in English
