Job DescriptionJob Description

Pay Rate: $19-$25 DOE

Location: Conroe 77304

Hours: 8am-5pm – open for OT, come in early, staying after 5pm, or work Saturdays if needed.

 

Requirements:

Set up and Operate Machine:

·         Prepare and set up CNC machines for production runs.

·         Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.

·         Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.

·          

Edit and Tooling:

·         Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

·         Read and edit CNC machine program and have an understanding of G-code and M-code.

·         Select and install appropriate cutting tools.

·          

Quality Control:

·         Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

·         Ensure parts meet surface finishes and dimensional specifications.

·         Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain tolerance.

·          

Documentation and Reporting:

·         Document production activities, including setup sheets and production logs.

·         Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

·         Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
