We are seeking a dynamic and growth-focused B2B Demand Generation Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional in devising and executing strategies that enhance market presence and revenue. This role is pivotal in driving the generation and conversion of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs) through innovative content creation, email campaigns, and conversion optimization.

What specifically will I be doing though?

  • Lead Generation: Implement creative strategies to attract and convert leads through various inbound marketing tactics.
  • Content Strategy Development: Craft compelling content that aligns with our messaging framework to engage potential customers across various stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement email marketing strategies that nurture leads and enhance lead conversion rates.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Continuously test and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives customer action.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and tactics based on market feedback and outcomes.
  • Innovative Experimentation: Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, applying new ideas and tools to stay ahead of the competition.

What Skills Should I Have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation or inbound marketing, with a solid track record of increasing MQLs and SQLs.
  • Highly creative with strong expertise in content creation, email marketing, and digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • A genuine passion for thoughtful and engaging campaign design and a focus on end-to-end execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret and report data insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Experience using different marketing attribution models to articulate the value marketing is driving for the business and understanding the optimal mix of marketing activities in order to increase the velocity of the customer journey.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-focused orientation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
  • Technical acumen of marketing systems and processes, with working knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Wordpress, Salesforce CRM, marketing attribution, sales development platforms).
