RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Farmers Market Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the following:
- Booth Setup & Tear Down: Prepare and dismantle our booth, ensuring it is organized, attractive, and safe.
- Managing Product Inventory: Keep track of product quantities and maintain a well-organized display.
- Interacting with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, answering questions, and offering product product insight.
- Managing Sales Transactions: Efficiently handle sales transactions using Square, Venmo, and cash payment methods.
- Learn & Retain Company & Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our company's history, products, and ingredients to effectively communicate with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid CA driver's license.
- Reside near Niles, CA
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (lift and lower a full ice chest) and set up a 10x10 canopy tent.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Proficiency in using an iPad.
- Prior farmers market vending experience is desirable but not necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude and connect with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Attention to detail and a curiosity to learn.
- Interest in growing with Paulo Sausage Co.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Available to work every Saturday 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
