Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Event Rentals Reservationist to join our team You will be responsible for booking reservations for event rental equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inquiry and reservation calls
  • Update the system for the booking and/or inquiry
  • Receive payments via phone and in-person
  • Complete review of rentals check out and returns
  • Other office responsibilities
Qualifications:

  • Strong independent and inter-personal skills
  • Strong math and computer skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Previous retail experience or other related fields
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
