Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, identifying areas for improvement to increase brand awareness, and driving the overall marketing strategy. This role requires a blend of expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and event management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
  • Determine product demand and customer awareness
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Review and optimize marketing budget
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
  • Lead and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, and newsletters
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events (online and offline) to promote brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including analytics, paid advertising, and content marketing
  • Proven track record as a social media expert, with experience in managing and growing social media channels
  • Skilled content creator with a portfolio of written and visual content
  • Experience in planning and managing events, both virtual and in-person
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot)
