The Company

MiCOM Labs is seeking a Wireless and EMC Test Engineer to be part of our relentless growth into domestic and international markets. The company, an ISO/IEC 17025 and 17065 accredited laboratory, is an industry leader in the provision of global regulatory compliance testing and certification services. These revolutionary end-to-end solutions have fast-tracked MiCOM Labs to pole-position in a competitive industry and we now require your ability to apply effective engineering skills to continue our upward trajectory.

As an integral part of our successful engineering team, you will be responsible for working with clients developing test strategies and execution of test programs. This is an exciting opportunity to join and contribute to the industry’s most innovative service organization in a rapidly growing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to independently solve problems and make project decisions while working under ISO 17025 accreditation criterion
  • Your mission as a project leader for wireless and EMC test programs will be to develop and maintain appropriate test records test processes
  • Capable of performing technical research leading to the development of efficient test techniques
  • Interface and support company operational requests providing guidance in sales estimate and certification generation where necessary

Required Skillsets

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years technical test experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance wireless and EMC processes. Knowledge of wireless technologies is beneficial
  • Demonstrate ability to work under pressure which includes implementation of successful client communication techniques.
