We are seeking enthusiastic Beauty Consultants to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our beauty cosmetics products to our customers. If you have a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities:** (Will train the right candidate)

- Utilize your expertise in beauty cosmetics to provide personalized product recommendations to customers.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring that all customers leave the satisfied with their purchase.

- Work efficiently to meet sales targets and maintain a high level of store appearance.

- Manage your time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products.

- Sell beauty cosmetics products through person-to-person demonstrations, special events, and other sales initiatives.

- Develop a strong understanding of our beauty cosmetics products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

- Ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

- Use phone etiquette to effectively communicate with customers and respond to customer inquiries.

- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of our beauty cosmetics products and services.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong communication and sales skills.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Knowledge of beauty cosmetics products and services is preferred.

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

- Strong phone etiquette skills.
