Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a full-time Sales Associate/Agent in Training to work in our Newton, MA office supporting our sales agents. After two years, this may lead to a position in sales. You have a dynamic and outgoing personality. You must be tenacious, persistent, and persuasive, on the phone and by email. You follow current events and have a keen interest in what’s hot, what’s happening, and what’s relevant in the world today.

What you will do:

As a member of the sales team, you will contribute to the growth of our company and help us achieve our goals. Your exceptional organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities will be used as you support agents who are booking speakers around the world.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

· Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

· A good phone manner and ability to make cold calls

· Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and take initiative when juggling multiple tasks

· Solid typing and computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

· Above all, a strong worth ethic, and the desire to learn and grow professionally
