We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and energetic individual to join our team at Burn Boot Camp Newton as our Gym Manager If you love fitness and want to play a role in positively impacting lives in the community then this is the position for you The Burn Boot Camp Gym Manager will be responsible for providing daily direction to the teams in our facility. As the Gym Manager, you will work with the lead trainer and operations manager for the sales function and day to day operations.
Responsibilities
Sales
Lead and coordinate ongoing sales such as: presale events, studio events, outreach.
Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPIs) and revenue goals through developing a high- energy sales culture.
Supports and manages Burn Ambassadors in setting and achieving all sales goals of their studio by ensuring the staff is consistently and effectively coaching and executing the sales process and systems.
Operations
Compliance and adherence to all Burn Boot Camp business policies for daily studio operations.
Assists with new hire Burn Ambassador/Front Desk Associate training
Ensure consistency and continuity in all actions and that all front desk systems are followed such as: proper member check-in procedure, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), trial registration, cash handling, sales calls, and member/trial care calls.
Culture
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service and provide effective and timely decision- making regarding customer service issues.
Works with Operations Manager/Leadership Team in planning thoughtful and creative events to build community and culture within the studio through a strong presence in the studio and on social media.
