My name is Bill Stevens and I have a new six month plus Financial Data Analyst / Data Setup Administrator opportunity available for a major firm located in Saint Charles, Missouri that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below. The work schedule will be hybrid, three days a week in the office and two days remote.

The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship.

This position pays $28.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding companies.

This role is responsible for financial Master Data setup, ensuring high level of data quality and process efficiency supporting the firms North America operation.

Responsibilities:
Timely and accurately entry of master data into financial systems ERP and Corporate Management Systems.
Lead the process improvements via close partnership with other functions to ensure high level of process efficiency. The role collaborates locally with the firms Sales & Distribution, Finance and Manufacturing.
This role works with the Business Process Leaders, Business Effectiveness Team, Digital Technology and the firms Global Support team.

Education & Professional Qualifications:
University Education (Business, Finance, Accounting or IT majors)

Knowledge / Experience:
Two plus years of Financial Analysis experience Knowledge of business processes in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Understanding of ERP systems design & interfaces environment Advanced users of MS Excel, MS Office Accounting systems design & Effectiveness Data Management Data Collection and Analysis
