Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Generate test procedures for the validation and verification of software components to identify integration and development issues

· Organize, execute, and report on software and systems testing including creating test plans and test cases, analyzing faults, and troubleshooting software

· Coordinate with team members to ensure rapid response times and follow-up with customers.

· Utilize test automation to perform regression testing in conjunction with edge case manual testing of developed software and systems

· Critical thinking and problem solving

· Ability to prioritize work to ensure urgent and VIP matters are handled immediately.

· Develop professional working relationships with customers to better understand business needs.

· Will be required to work on-call as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to provide excellent customer service.

· 1-4 years experience working in software test role or similar.

· Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.

· Ability to effectively troubleshoot hardware and software based issues.

· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

· Organizational and time management skills; effectively manage multiple priorities.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

· Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.

· Ability to work well as a member of a team and communicate effectively.

· College degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
