Now hiring for a Transportation Clerk (Administrative) position in Marion, OH.  Contract to Hire, fully in office

Hours are Monday - Thursday from 9:00pm - 6:00am

Responsibilities:

  • Various Office and Administrative duties
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivables and light collections
  • Entering payroll into the system for payroll
  • Entering fuel receipts
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Auditing of logs and trip reports for DOT
  • Filing, phones, and customer service

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Strong math skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through skills
  • Ability to multi-task
