Sales Representative for North America

Trepko Inc. (based in Tampa, Florida) is currently in the process of expanding its sales and service network and is therefore looking to employ sales representatives. The representative will be part of our US-based sales force, which operates as a small, but dynamic unit.

The job requires a certain amount of travel activity, mainly in North America but occasionally also in Europe. Additionally, the job will require preparation of quotations. Thus the candidate must work independently, master basic math skills and master writing perfectly.

We offer a flexible and extremely interesting job, where the sales department has great influence on the products sold, the development of future products and new solutions.

What you will be doing:

- Prospecting Industry related customers.

- Creating long-term relationships with decision makers

- Negotiating pricing and closing the sale

- Technical follow-up throughout the project implementation

- Developing protected territory

- Tracking daily activities and progress through daily reporting

- Writing detailed quotations and contracts based on pre-existing frame-work

- Participating in trade shows

About you:

- Self motivated and driven with the ability to work independently.

- Positive attitude and high energy level

- Experienced in using Excel and Word

- Strong communication skills

- Understand the importance of gaining the customer’s trust and maintaining it

- 25 % of your time will be spent traveling

- 75 % of your time will be spent in the office

- Have a passport, a driving license and US work permit

You MAY have:

  • Previous sales experience from B2B equipment-sales.

  • Previous experience/education from the food industry

  • A business or technical education
