Position: Leasing Consultant

Hours: Full Time | Tuesday - Saturday | 9am-6pm w/ 1 hr. lunch

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, your role will involve:

  • Welcoming prospective residents and showcasing available apartments
  • Answering questions and providing information about the community
  • Assisting in the application process and lease signing
  • Building relationships with residents to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the property management team to maintain a great living environment
  • Using and maintaining good communication skills over the phone
