Job Title - Food Service Worker

Hourly Rate: $14.00 per hour

Shift: First Shift (7am - 2:30p)

 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Food Service Worker to join our team in a hospital setting. As a key member of our food service department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food service to staff and visitors, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- serve meals to customers.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with hospital standards and protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing and equipment maintenance.
- Handle and store food items in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Interact with patients and staff to address any food-related concerns or requests.

Qualifications:
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Previous experience in a food service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle the physical demands of the job.
