We're on the lookout for a Project Assistant to join our tribe of visionaries and change-makers. As a Project Assistant, you'll be the facilitator of transformation, turning ideas into reality, chaos into order, and challenges into opportunities. You will:

  • Channel your expertise to assist project managers in orchestrating the symphony of project activities.
  • Transform raw data into refined insights and illuminating reports that guide our journey.
  • Cultivate communication to foster collaboration among our diverse teams and external allies.
  • Manage contracts with precision and care, ensuring harmony and fairness.
  • Document the wisdom shared in our gatherings and disseminate it to the team.

You must be:

  • Adept in administrative support, preferably with a background in project management or a related field.
  • Possess a knack for organization, turning chaos into order with ease.
  • Fluent in the language of technology, wielding the tools of Microsoft Office like a seasoned navigator.
  • Experienced in contract coordination and invoicing processes.
  • A seeker of knowledge, eager to learn and grow on the path to success.
