About Us:
At Saad Manios & Associates, we have a passionate team of eight licensed accountants, nine full-charge bookkeepers and accountants, and five support associates who go the extra mile to make our clients' lives easier. Our clients encompass a wide range of businesses, from small family-owned enterprises to mid-size companies, typically with less than 75 employees.
Our services encompass:
- Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Financial Analysis: We utilize the best software available, including QuickBooks and Thomson Reuters Creative Solutions Accounting, to provide reliable and timely financial information at the most cost-efficient price.
- Payroll Services: We offer comprehensive payroll services to ensure accurate and timely payments, withholdings, and compliance with payroll tax regulations.
- Tax Advisory and Tax Preparation: We provide comprehensive tax planning and consulting services, helping clients navigate the complexities of tax laws and regulations to minimize tax obligations.
- Consultations: Our senior accountants offer support and advice for various financial scenarios, from business formations to litigation support and more.
- Reviews and Compilations: We provide review and compilation services required by banks, lenders, investors, governmental licensing agencies, and others.

What You'll Do:
As a Tax Manager at Saad Manios & Associates, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our clients through your technical expertise, creativity, and dedication. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tax Planning and Advisory: Provide comprehensive tax planning and consulting services, helping clients navigate the complexities of tax laws and regulations to minimize tax obligations.
- Tax Return Preparation: Prepare a wide range of tax returns, including federal, state, and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and other entities.
- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique financial situations and provide them with expert advice on tax matters.
- Review and Compilation: Perform reviews and compilations as required by clients and regulatory agencies.
