As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you get the opportunity to work directly with children diagnosed with autism guided by the knowledge of an experienced supervisor. RBTs have an amazing opportunity to be trained on evidence-based teaching methodologies established in the science of behavior analysis.

This is an in-clinic position. There is no driving from house to house, and support is available during every session.

We pride ourselves on being fun, collaborative, supportive for staff and the families we are serving. Work life balance is a top priority

Education & Training:

  • Must have high school diploma or have GED.
  • College courses or degree in mental health are desirable but not required.

Certification & Training:

  • Must have completed or be able to complete a 40 - hour RBT training and pass Registered Behavior Technician exam.

Skills

  • Provide appropriate and approved therapy for clients under the supervision of a BCaBA or BCBA.
  • Take data on target behaviors.
  • Maintain a professional attitude with clients, caregivers, coworkers, and supervisors.
  • Uphold the RBT ethics code.

Other

  • Must be able to work a 2-3 evenings until 6pm
