SUMMARY

This role is designed to support the optimization of our Sales strategy and revenue streams, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and to serve as a consultant to Market Leaders, Sales and company leadership. Responsible for providing a wide range of strategic, analytical, and operational support across multiple global regions and revenue generating teams. Responsible for solving complex problems and generating data-driven insights that directly impact revenue. The Manager of Revenue Operations plays a crucial role in supporting market leaders and sales leader to define a Business Development/Sales strategy that maximizes revenue and optimizes resources, all within the framework of AMPP’s “triple-win” strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with Technology and Business Development/Sales teams to establish and maintain systems and standards for data collection, processing, and reporting.
  • Implement and manage dashboards for real-time progress tracking and adaptable forecasting, enabling swift adjustments to strategies as market conditions evolve.
  • Analyze a diverse portfolio of revenue streams to identify revenue trends, cost structures, opportunities for growth, and areas for optimization; developing financial models to forecast future revenue based on membership/product trends, seasonal/cyclical variations and key market dynamics.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization; including development of pricing models, solution-bundling approaches, contractor negotiation playbooks, and other strategies to optimize profitability
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of revenue-related initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Engage in strategic thinking to evaluate current revenue management practices and develop new approaches to enhance revenue performance.
  • Work closely with the Finance, Business Development/Sales, and Technology teams to ensure that data insights are translated into actionable strategies and that these strategies are aligned with financial goals and objectives.

  • Proven experience in revenue management or related analytical roles, preferably within an organization that boasts a diverse portfolio of revenue streams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with a track record of leveraging data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Experience in setting up and managing data collection, processing, and reporting systems, as well as proficiency in utilizing dashboards for progress tracking and forecasting.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of and experience with financial modeling and analysis, as well as a deep understanding of revenue optimization principles.

 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Some travel may be expected for this role.  

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, required. Master’s degree or relevant certifications, a plus.
  • No fewer than 5 years’ experience in a Revenue Operations role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ·Proficient in data analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
