As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled Project Managers (Sales) to join our team.

Compensation: This career is 100% 1099. If that scares you please do not apply Our commission is structured to 10% and jobs are installed typically within a month. If you have no previous sales experience but want to get into sales this is a great opportunity. If you have previous sales experience and are willing to learn, this is also a great opportunity for you. Our average sales reps are making over $100,000 annually.

Position Overview: As a Fence and Deck Project Manager (Sales), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing projects from initial client contact to project completion. You will be responsible for cultivating leads, conducting on-site assessments, providing accurate project estimates, and overseeing project execution to ensure client satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, suppliers, and our installation team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online resources.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed project estimates and proposals based on client requirements and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to finalize project details, including materials, design options, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project scheduling and logistics with the installation team to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Enjoy being on the road not behind a desk
