Manual Machinist / Welder / Shop Manager 

PrideStaff is looking for a skilled Manual Machinist, Welder, and Shop Manager  for one of their manufacturing clients in the Fort Myers Area.  This is a multi position role. 

Pay Rate: $26 - $28/Hr.  DOE 
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Experience: 5+ Years

Manual Machinist/ Welder/ Shop Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigning jobs to Machinists and Welders daily

  • Following through the processes to make sure they are being done as requested 

  • Quality Control completed projects

  • Answer any questions in the shop

  • Back up Machinists when necessary 

  • Back up Procurement when necessary

  • Communicate with Office on all work ( processes, completed, orders, etc. )


Manual Machinist/ Welder/ Shop Manager Skills and Qualifications:

  • Manual Machining (a must)

  • Welding knowledge (a must) Welding experience ( a plus)

  • Management (a must) 

  • Communication 

  • Computer Skills 

  • Interpersonal Skills 

Pay scale is $26-$28 an hour with an evaluation and pay discussion after permanent hire.
