Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation of food service staff

  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies

Qualifications:

  • Must have minimum of 5 years previous experience in food service or other related fields
  • Must have minimum of at least 2 years in managerial role
  • Must posses ServSafe certification
  • Knowledge of common food safety practices
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have weekend availability
