We are seeking an Event Caterer to join our team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. 

Job Description:

Caterers are essential for the success of all commissioned events, performed by the company. They are the face of the business and will represent the brand via high quality service. As the frontline the caterer must interact in a professional manner with clients and the guests of the client. The caterer will set up and tear down all equipment used for an event or the catering space. The carter is also responsible for serving and cleaning up the menu items afterwards. Caterers will provide the highest level of service and be present for the duration of all commissioned events.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  •  Must be able to lift and twist heavy food chafers for long periods of time.
  •  Must be able to bend, stand and sit behind the wheel for long periods of time
  •  Must be dependable and reliable

  • Must be flexible and adaptable

  • Responds to inquiries from customers in a courteous manner.

  • Follows safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times

  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields 
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
