Who We Need

We are looking for energetic, hard working experienced  sales people who are always looking to excel and expand their opportunities. Self-motivated individuals with a passion to connect with people and generate interest in our products and services. Sales experience is not required as we provide the training. There are growth opportunities for the right candidates.

 

As a Sales representative you'll be working alongside and learning from the best representatives in the roofing industry. You will be trained on door to door sales communication and techniques, how to educate the prospective homeowner, how to identify storm damage, and how to turn a lead into a sale. Car, car insurance and drivers license required for travel. We also train qualified candidates to become Insurnace Inspector/Sales Specialists.


Experienced Sales Compensation

What we offer:

  • Compensation higher than the competition in the area
  • Compensation: $700 per qualified lead
  • $200 up front per qualified lead plus $500 upon approved and signed  contract
  • Uncapped commission potential for large leads over 4,000SF roofs 
  • Weekly and Monthly bonuses
  • 1099 employee, self-employed individual, independent contractor
  • Training to become Sales Inspecotors/Insurance Reps

Experienced Sales Responsibilities

  • Market Westend Exteriors products and services and generate interest in our custom home solutions
  • This is a door to door role that will be performed outside, in most elements
  • Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 11:00am 7:00pm and every other Saturday from 9:00am 2:00pm
  • No prior sales or home improvement knowledge needed. All you need is the desire to learn and we'll provide you with the training and skills needed to be successful
