Job DescriptionJob Description

Directly manage the real estate portfolio, holding and management companies while overseeing the consolidated financial reporting for the enterprise of companies. Reporting directly to the CEO and being an integral part of the executive team, the role will focus on strategic financial planning, risk management, and fostering a culture of financial awareness across the company.

 

*Potential for hybrid work setting, with the need to report on site at leadership discretion. Details to be discussed during interview process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement consolidated cash flow strategies that align with and support the company and ownership’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee consolidated financial reporting to include the various operating companies, real estate entities, management and holding companies.
  • Management of company debt portfolio including developing relationships with multiple financial institutions.
  • Manage company financial risk, including various insurance and reinsurance programs.
  • Engage in estate planning for shareholders, working with legal to ensure plan stays current and meets various shareholder’s objectives.
  • Establish and manage budgets for new site construction, including overseeing the construction management team.
  • Collaborate with other executive team members to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations.
  • Act as a key advisor to the CEO on overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial management and leadership roles, preferably in a privately owned business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of audit practices, principles, and procedures.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s degree in a finance-related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, including ability to effectively manage a finance team.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
  • Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity.
