As we continue to delight our customers across Plantation and Sunrise, Florida, and expand our reach through weddings, corporate events, and major festivals, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing and Advertising Manager to propel our brand forward.
Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing and Advertising Manager to spearhead our promotional efforts. This role involves managing our social media platforms, running targeted advertising campaigns, overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies, and driving our brand’s visibility both locally and nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote Phuse Cream and its products.
- Oversee the day-to-day handling of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Snapchat
- Execute digital ad campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and social media.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Engage with customers through social media and manage online community interactions.
- Coordinate with third parties for content creation, including photographers and graphic designers.
- Plan and manage setup for company participation in local and national festivals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and advertising with a solid portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media management, PPC advertising, and campaign analysis.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and creative content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and customers.
- No formal degree necessary; however, hands-on experience and a proven track record in a similar role are required.
