Summary of PositionLife Support BI is hiring a Bachelor level, or above, Supervised Visit Behavior Therapist Position.  We are a mental health facility serving at-risk youth, families and children.  Supervised Visit Behavior Therapist Position must be an excellent communicator and willing to work weekends and evenings with reliable transportation.  Must be comfortable working with at-risk families and speaking Spanish is a plus.  Must be able to keep accurate client records.   Professional demeanor and appearance a must.

Responsibilities of the Position
  • Every client must have their own treatment plan
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual and group treatments
  • Comply with all licensing and facility requirements
  • Execute assessments and intakes
  • Execute ongoing wellness checks
  • Accurate and detailed documentation of client treatment plan

Qualifications of the Position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current license in behavioral sciences field
  • Previous behavioral health specialist experience preferred
  • Minimum degree in the field of social work, counseling or similar experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
  • Effective organization skills required
