Title: Marketing Analysis Specialist

Location: Dublin, OH

Rate: $50/hr

 

Note: This position is a contract on W2, and is NOT open to C2C

 

This role will assist in our web tracking efforts, which will enable website personalization strategies that improve the customer experience, enhance customer loyalty, and increase company’s share of wallet.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business and personalization requirements and analytic needs into tagging requirements.
  • Ensure proper testing and monitoring in place to validate tagging requirements.
  • Consult with internal team and business leaders to define digital analytics reporting scope.
  • Successfully manage numerous open, active requests simultaneously.
  • Has strong project management skills.
  • Develop standard and ad-hoc reporting on performance of our digital marketing, web and mobile properties.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates analytical prowess and uses analysis to enable improved decision-making.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to prioritize projects and manage rush requests.
  • Work with managers and team members to resolve data and reporting issues.

 

Skills:

  • Must have tagging experience with implementing Adobe Analytics
  • Must have knowledge writing tagging documentation for eCommerce websites
  • Knowledge with E-commerce testing and optimization strategies and tools
  • Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize site and database data to understand trends and discover opportunities
  • Collaborative and able to work closely and effectively with a variety of functions and businesses
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in Digital Analytics
