Floor Covering Sales Manager

In search of a flooring sales manager in the Fredericksburg area who would like to make this their career. Flooring or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required. Must have experience in sales and managing people. Integrity, superior work ethic, effective communication, and flexibility are essential. Work duties would include, but would not be limited to making in-house consultations, measuring, quoting, overseeing sales personnel, product sales, installation follow-up, and customer service. 

Would need to be available to do consultations and work in the showroom Monday through Saturday. Flexible schedule is a must. Some evening consultations are possible. Competitive pay and benefits available.
