Sales/ Estimator Position (Exterior Remodeling Company) & Sales Exp. Req.
Immediate opening for full time sale position. Sales person to be selling roofing, siding and gutter services to home owners. Candidate must be able to set up a ladder, to inspect and measure, prepare quotes, provide prepared quotes to customers.

**Must feel comfortable on ladders and roofs.**

Quality leads provided daily.

Job Expectations:

  • Sales calls to quality provided leads.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and face to face
  • Meet with insurance adjuster at job location
  • Non-insurance and insurance work
  • Use of CRM program and Xactimate
  • Have smart phone with ability to down load apps and take and send pictures

Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • 1 year sales experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient with computers and internet
  • Must be able to talk to customers and have good customer service skills.
  • Roofing and construction knowledge a plus
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • must be able to work independently with little or no direction
