Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as we continue to expand our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and design personalized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and updating as needed.
  • Develop and implement tailored interventions, taking into account clients' unique cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients' homes or community settings, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide necessary information to support insurance requirements.
  • Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into daily routines, providing parent training and education.
  • Maintain open and positive communication with parents, ensuring a supportive and collaborative relationship.
Requirements
  • Calm, empathetic, and patient nature, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven work experience as a BCBA, with relevant training and certifications.
  • Familiarity with various clinical assessments, such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.
  • Commitment to compassionate care and a patient-centered approach.
