Swoon is currently looking for a Sales Incentive Analyst for a major IT Company

·       Location: Westford, MA

·       Duration: 8 Months

·       Pay Rate: $67/h

·       Start Date: April

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the administration of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentive plans and commission payments for the Americas and WW based sales segments.
• Partnering with various departments to establish processes, procedures, and controls around data collection and system feeds in the sales incentive compensation system.
• Maintaining quota files for primary and secondary participants, troubleshooting, providing compensation analysis, and sales incentive reporting to finance management.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Callidus (SAP Commissions) or a similar SaaS-based compensation tool preferred.
• Anaplan skills are ideal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
