Lead Security Technician - $25-$30/hr DOE

Position: Lead CCTV Installer / Security Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead CCTV Installer / Security Technician with 10+ years of experience to oversee and execute security system installations in commercial environments. If you have a strong background and leadership skills, we invite you to apply. Interviews are ongoing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage installation projects for CCTV and security systems
  • Run and install low voltage wiring
  • Oversee the mounting, installation, and termination of various CCTV devices, including cameras, DVRs, and NVRs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to specification

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in installing and managing CCTV camera systems in commercial environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Proficiency with test equipment such as multi-meters, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meters, decibel meters, and communication devices is highly desirable
  • Certifications or experience with commercial camera brands including Pelco, HikVision, Sony, etc., is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive starting pay: $18-$30/hr, depending on experience
  • Weekly pay
