UX/Accessibility Analyst

ResolveSoft is seeking a talented UX/Accessibility Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our digital products are not only usable but also accessible to everyone, regardless of ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather user insights and identify areas for improvement in our digital products.
- Analyze and interpret user feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience (UX).
- Champion accessibility by ensuring all digital products comply with relevant accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive accessibility guidelines and best practices to guide the design and development process.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to seamlessly integrate accessibility considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct regular accessibility audits using industry-standard tools and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
- Create clear and concise reports on usability and accessibility findings, effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Advocate for accessibility within the organization, raising awareness and promoting inclusive design practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends, best practices, and technologies related to UX and accessibility to ensure we deliver innovative and inclusive solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members on accessibility principles and inclusive design methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design and accessibility analysis.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies (e.g., user research, user testing, persona development).
- In-depth knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508) and their application in web and mobile development.
- Proficiency in industry-standard UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) for creating mockups and prototypes.
- Experience with accessibility evaluation tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, JAWS) to identify and address accessibility issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving usability and accessibility barriers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies - CPACC) are a plus.
