Tucson, AZ 85741

We are looking for a full-time maintenance tech for Motel 6 & Studio 6 Tucson North Hotel with 119-guest rooms.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Complete maintenance work orders for all rooms and property grounds in a timely basis.
  • Perform maintenance activities in guest rooms such as: plunging toilets, replacing faucets, unclogging drains, and repairing all types of hardware, and electrical equipment, including lamps, PTAC units, light bulbs, etc.
  • Basic pool maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas with a power washer.
  • Good communication skills between departments. 
  • Basic painting skills and drywall experience are a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Pay is determined based on experience.

MUST HAVE:
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in the US
  • Weekend availability
