We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist. The primary role of this position is to oversee our Google Ads and execute effective Google Ads campaigns.
Our ideal candidate has experience managing multiple Google ad campaigns simultaneously, with several landing pages. They also have experience working with or managing an affiliate program and have strong Google analytics experience.
We also seek someone with Hubspot experience and a plus if they have built landing pages in Hubspot.
As a key member of the Marketing Communications team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing sales leads, conversions, and online revenue to meet business objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Google Analytics & Ads Management:
- Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase conversions
- Create impactful ad copy and design effective ad structures to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust bidding strategies to optimize campaign efficiency
- Conduct keyword research and refine targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences
- Monitor display campaigns across various platforms and devices to ensure maximum reach
- Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
- Implement changes based on analytics insights to improve website performance and user experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
E-Commerce Website Management
- Collaborate with web development and product management teams to implement enhancements and updates to the eAutoRepair website
- Oversee the Affiliate Partner Program
- Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to establish partnerships and drive targeted traffic to the website
- Monitor search engine activity and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and sales
WordPress Website Support
- Support WordPress website development efforts, including assistance with content creation, formatting, and publishing
- Monitor website performance metrics in collaboration with the Marketing team and SEO contractor to identify areas for content improvement and SEO optimization
- Ensure website content is aligned with brand messaging and marketing campaigns
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business or Computer Science
- Recent Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience managing corporate Google Ads campaigns, including proven ROI
- Working experience with WordPress and other website builders
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- HTML/CSS experience a plus
