CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Payroll Labor Compliance Officer for a highly regarded client in Fort Worth, TX. As the Payroll Labor Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all labor compliance-related activities, including labor laws and regulations, state and federal wage compliance requirements, and administration of payroll compliance documentation. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a labor compliance role. Requirements for the Payroll Labor Compliance Officer:
•    2+ years of experience in a payroll labor compliance role
•    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field, preferred
•    Background in state and federal wage requirements and labor laws
•    Must have Certified Payroll experience
•    Proficiency in Viewpoint or any ERP software, a plus 
•    Background in payroll software and systems, or any platforms
•    Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs 
•    Ability to work fully on-site in Fort Worth

Compensation for the Payroll Labor Compliance Officer:
•    Direct Hire
•    Location: 100% on-site in Fort Worth, TX
•    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
