  • Administer employee benefits programs, handle enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and benefits laws.
  • Maintain precise records and generate reports on payroll and benefits metrics.
  • Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and address compliance issues.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of payroll experience
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and benefits regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Certification (CPP, CEBS) required
