Your Role: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll be crucial to our plant's success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic Systems: Repair and maintain systems such as bearings, electrical motors, pumps, water filter systems, rectifiers, fans, low-pressure boilers, hoists, forklifts, air compressors, and chillers.
  • Piping Systems: Layout, mount, and assemble PVC, steel, and stainless piping for various applications.
  • Fabrication: Sketch and fabricate steel and stainless-steel fixtures for production jobs and equipment mounts.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct tasks to ensure equipment is functioning properly and available when needed.
  • General Building Upkeep: Perform carpentry, painting, epoxy floor patching, and other upkeep procedures.
  • Safety and Efficiency: Work with the Operations team to test and ensure all equipment is safe and operating efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven ability to maintain and repair equipment like pumps, boilers, steam condensate lines, hoists, and industrial ovens.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in 110V/220V electrical wiring, threading and gluing steel & PVC piping, and welding (stick and wire feed) of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Additional Qualifications: A low-pressure boiler license is a plus. Experience handling hazardous chemicals is helpful.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to keep tools, equipment, and supplies clean and well-organized.
  • Positive Attitude: An upbeat personality with excellent communication skills to work well with management and colleagues.
