Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Line/Prep Cooks to join our team. As a Prep/Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to customers. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments and have a passion for cooking.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
  • Ensure food preparation meets health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Prep/Line Cook in a high-volume setting.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and procedures.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
