The Role:
You're not just a Project Manager / Scrum Master; you're the conductor of our software development symphony. With tools like Zoho for sprint management and Zoho Learn for documentation at your fingertips, you'll ensure our projects hit all the right notes, from the first measure to the finale. You’ll be orchestrating a blend of Waterfall and Scrum methodologies, fine-tuned with CICD practices, to create software solutions that are as robust as they are revolutionary.
This role is all about harmony: between teams, timelines, and technology. You'll work closely with diverse groups and the business to guarantee our projects don’t just meet our commitments; they exceed them.
What You'll Do:
·Direct and manage projects from conception through to fruition, ensuring they are successfully and consistently aligned with company strategies and objectives.
·Lead sprints with assigned teams, creating efficiency and productivity.
·Document processes and insights with Zoho Learn, turning our successes (and setbacks) into learning opportunities.
·Bridge worlds between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
·Fine-tune our project delivery using a hybrid Waterfall-Scrum methodology, all while weaving in CICD practices to ensure smooth, continuous delivery.
·Solve problems with creativity and resilience, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
·Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging your team to keep reaching for higher standards of excellence.
Your Skills and Experience:
·A proven history in project management or Scrum mastery, with a track record of leading software development teams to success.
·Proficient with the tools of the trade: Sprint management software and project management software. Zoho Sprints and Zoho Learn are a nice to have.
·A solid foundation in CRM (Salesforce preferred) based application development, analytics, and mobile app creation.
·Adept at conducting the orchestra of CICD practices, ensuring our technology delivery is seamless and efficient.
·Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging audiences from developers to directors.
·Comfortable in the hybrid workspace, ready to lead in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Dallas and remotely otherwise.
·Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Scrum (CSM) would be preferred.
·5+ years of project management experience or Scrum master experience preferred.
