Job Description

As a Finance Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to achieve wealth empowerment and success from the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to educate and guide clients on a range of financial products, including retirement plans, investments, college funding, and insurance protection strategies. Utilizing approved educational content and sharing personal experiences, you'll inspire clients to pursue remote work opportunities in the financial services industry, showcasing the potential for work-life balance and financial security.

We are seeking passionate and driven individuals who are committed to helping others achieve financial independence and security. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level and inspire them to pursue their financial goals. While prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred, it is not required; we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and rewarding environment. A self-motivated and adaptable mindset is essential, as our remote work opportunity offers flexibility and autonomy. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their personal/family financial goals and needs
  • Educate clients about tax-free wealth building strategies and life insurance products
  • Collaborate with mentors to provide tailored guidance and support to client’s financial plans, as well as, seeking remote work opportunities in the financial services industry
  • Provide personalized financial solutions and recommendations on an individual basis
  • Build enduring client connections and cultivate trust through clear and open communication
  • Keep abreast of evolving industry dynamics and financial regulatory shifts

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a remote work environment
  • Willingness to undergo training and development to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
  • A passion for helping others achieve financial independence and security
  • Must be 18+ years old
