The five major roles for this position are:

  • Finish Material Librarian
  • Record & Manage all Finish Material Specifications
  • File & Maintain Purchasing Records
  • Design Specification Liaison to Procurement Team
  • Coordinate, Prepare, and Support onsite whole home Furniture Installations

Responsibilities and Job Characteristics

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to 100% commit to Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 pm minimum hours in Mountain View office (45 min. maximum commute).
  • Positive, enthusiastic team player excited to contribute without limitation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Studio Designer (a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain high quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
  • Strong intuitive knowledge of the needs of others, and a proactive approach to jump in and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Extremely detail oriented and accurate in all deliverables.
  • Must be a problem-solver, self-starter and highly resourceful.
