Senior Health and Wellness Account Manager

US Health is seeking a Health and Wellness Account Manager to lead program implementation for clients that are utilizing our incentive and non incentive driven wellness plans and our health insurance products. NOTE, this is NOT a sales position. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in a insurance carrier, insurance broker, TPA or payroll system. A Health and Life Insurance License and working knowledge of group health and payroll systems is a plus.
Qualifications:
This position is for our home office in Thiensville, WI, a northern suburb of Milwaukee, and can be remote for the right candidate.
- Self starter, vocal and assertive, someone comfortable and experienced leading a business conversation with C Suite.
- Ability to confidently and independently demonstrate insurance, wellness, web based programs and products.
- Health and Life Insurance License a plus. Strong knowledge of Group Health, ERISA, Section 125 and cafeteria plans.
- Four Year Degree in health promotion or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a corporate environment developing programs, interfacing with organizations and participants, presenting wellness education.
- Excellent skills using personal computer programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, project management, Gantt chart.
- Demonstrated ability to lead an implementation and work with all groups of people within a corporate or municipal environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationship(s), provide backup support as required for assigned accounts.
- Analyze data such as health, pharmacy payroll and engagement trends.
- Implement programs to meet the needs of the client, facilitate internal and external communications with clients and TEAMates.
- Program development or upkeep of wellness programs such as communication, incentive programs, and educational programs
- Participate in the sales process by demonstrating applications, implementation processes, and presenting follow-up programs to potential clients.
- Help develop procedures and processes to improve the operation of the organization
- Develop promotional materials for client and participant communication
- Field questions regarding company programs and provide training, new program roll-out, troubleshooting technology issues from users.
- Provide training to clients on company programs and processes
- Light travel as required
