Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Full-Time, On-Site | Glendale, AZ | Base Salary starts at $90K + Full Benefits + Tuition Reimbursement
ABOUT
Join a company disrupting ASD care in two distinct ways: first, they serve low-income families (75% of their clients are on Medicaid) and second, a they employ a proprietary clinical model for parent education. Frustrated by others providers' inability to measure clinical efficacy and disappointed a landscape of insurance policy incentivized treatment, they created their own program. It's working and it's growing so it's time to hire.
Client Care:
- Conduct assessments like VB-MAPP, ESDM, Vineland, Socially Savvy, and etc.
- Develop child-specific behavior plans - children ages 18 months to 6 years old
- Partner with families to continue the work done in office, at home in the child's environment
- Provide parent/caregiver training 2 times a month
Supervision:
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Evaluate provider competency and deliver feedback during direction sessions
- Orient new staff members to child-specific behavior treatment plans
- Monitor individual treatment programs and behavior plans and make programmatic changes as required
Quality:
- Track authorization dates and update treatment plans prior to expiration
- Continuously conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure that treatment is effective
- Maintain current and accurate client records
- Complete client documentation and reports in accordance with regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in relevant field
- BCBA required
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience supervising RBTs
