GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing machine and facility maintenance for Plants 1 and 2,.

DUTIES:

1.      Ensure all projects have a sense of urgency.

2.      Unscheduled troubleshooting and repairs of all industrial machinery, including CNC equipment.

3.      Performs preventive maintenance on assigned equipment within the facility.

4.      Facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and HVAC.

5.      Maintain a 5S-organized workspace of parts and supplies.

CLIMATE:

Work is done in conjunction with all functional departments.  Work is often subject to time and deadline pressures which will include off shift work and emergency call in work.

PREFERABLE CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance position.
  • Working industrial electrical experience/knowledge up to 480V three phase.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing machinery.
  • Must possess the ability to work effectively with others and work independently and unsupervised.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime hours.
