About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify communication challenges in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to address each child's unique needs.
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions in a supportive and motivating environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student success.
  • Stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
  • Washington state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred, but highly motivated new graduates will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
